Job summary

The role requires a National Diploma with 3 years related experience in construction/project management and a strong command of earned value, scheduling, contracts, and cost management.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Built Environment / Commerce / Human Sciences at NQF 6 with 240 credits.
• 3 Years Related Experience in Project Management / Construction management

Responsibilities

• Support the provision of construction project management standard services throughout the project life cycle.
• Coordinate and report on construction activities to ensure effective site contract and cost management is achieved.
• Provide construction management support during the project planning.
• Coordinate the timely supply of project material.
• Coordinate all site personnel and contractors functions.
• Facilitate and coordinate all outages required for the commissioning where required.
• Provide construction management support to project engineering.
• Comply to all Eskom and site related governance and safety, health, environment, risk and quality (SHERQ) requirements
