Ideal candidates have a diploma/degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong mathematical and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Tender Analysis: Review tenders, and project specifications to define the full scope of work.
• Quantity Take-offs: Calculate exact quantities for materials, labour hours, and machinery needed.
• Subcontractor Management: Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate quotes from vendors and trade partners.
• Risk & Cost Assessment: Identify potential project risks, factor in contingencies, and develop value engineering options.
• Bid Submission: Compile final cost breakdowns and deliver professional proposal packages before strict deadlines.

Experience
