Job summary

PRO Personnel Employment Agency is seeking a senior construction professional with extensive mining EPCM project experience to lead and manage on-site construction activities. The role requires an engineering qualification, 20+ years in the industry, and strong communication and people-management skills.

Ideal candidates will have health and fitness for active on-site work and prefer experience with EPCM environments.

Qualifications

• 20+ years’ relevant industry experience, preferably with similar EPCM companies.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• Must be in good health and able to work actively on site.
• Preferred: Construction Project Management qualification.
• Previous experience at Valterra Platinum and/or Sibanye-Stillwater.
• Concentrator and/or Smelter project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site construction activities on mining EPCM projects.
• Build and maintain effective on-site teams and communication.
• Contribute to the success of the Valterra Platinum/Sibanye-Stillwater projects.
