The candidate must have an engineering qualification, 20+ years in the industry (preferably with EPCM firms), and excellent communication and people-management skills.

Minimum Requirements

• Engineering qualification
• 20+ years’ relevant industry experience, preferably with similar EPCM companies

Preferred:

• Construction Project Management qualification
• Previous experience at Valterra Platinum and/or Sibanye-Stillwater
• Concentrator and/or Smelter project experience
