Alstom in Nigel (Gauteng) invites applications for a seasoned Configuration and Change Management professional to lead CCM activities on complex railway projects. You will ensure accuracy, traceability, and controlled changes across the project lifecycle.

The role requires knowledge of CCM tools (ALM, ClearQuest, ClearCase, SAP/PLM), strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a demonstrable track record in end-to-end CCM lifecycle within railway environments.

Qualificações

• Knowledge from Configuration & Change Management
• Knowledge of Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Requirements Management Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrialization, Data Management and Document Control inter-related with CCM.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CCM activities end-to-end in a Project/Program or with senior CCM leads as applicable.
• Apply CCM procedures, templates, and training; ensure project teams follow them.
• Establish Configuration Management Plan and define roles & responsibilities.
• Ensure CCM tools are used and access rights managed.
• Escalate CCM risks/issues and report on CCM KPIs with corrective actions.
• Ensure Development for Quality (DfQ) Gates for CCM deliverables.
• Perform CCM activities: monitor items under configuration control; publish release notes; ensure supplier CCM compliance; oversee CSAR reporting.
