MECS is seeking a Construction/Programme Manager to design, implement and monitor high-impact community-based projects aligned to a strategic plan. The role focuses on healthcare, education, welfare and infrastructure initiatives with rigorous monitoring and evaluation to ensure sustainable outcomes.

The position is a 5-year contract based in Kathu, Northern Cape, targeting candidates with extensive public health, community development experience and relevant project management qualifications

Qualifications

• NQF Level 7, 3 year degree / Advanced diploma in Public Health studies
• NQF Level 6 Diploma / Advance certificate in Project Management
• NQF Level 7, 3 year degree / Advanced diploma - Monitoring and Evaluation (Advantage)

Duties & Responsibilities

• NQF Level 7, 3 year degree / Advanced diploma in Public Health studies
• NQF Level 6 Diploma / Advance certificate in Project Management
