Job summary

Rosebank International, part of the ADvTECH Group, invites applications for a lecturer role overseeing Teaching-Learning delivery and administration across modules at the Rosebank campus. The role focuses on monitoring lecturer performance, student outcomes and ensuring timely results submission.

Requirements include an honours degree in logistics or related field, an education qualification (PGCE preferred) and experience with LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Honours Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Postgraduate Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Qualification in Education (PGCE or equivalent) or Training and Development an added advantage
• Online lecturing and learning management systems (LMSs) required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and supervise student engagement for module requirements.
• Update LMS and provide feedback to students.
• Quality assure lecturer engagement, attendance and participation in Teaching-Learning activities.
• Design, develop and implement module-specific interventions and resources.
• Analyse results to assess module performance and identify at-risk modules.
• Convene and manage subject meetings with lecturers and gather feedback.
• Plan interventions to support students by reviewing historic data.
• Monitor student retention, roll-over and dropout rates.
• Assist with student registration and orientation as required.
