Placements24 is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead youth development initiatives in Stellenbosch. You will design, implement, and assess programs that empower young people and collaborate with schools, NGOs, and mentors to create meaningful engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for youth empowerment, strong leadership, and project management skills, with a track record of delivering impactful youth programs in the Western Cape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Community Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in program management, preferably in youth development.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate impactful programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working within the Stellenbosch community or similar context.
