Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
• Knowledge of production processes and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment, including troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies and materials.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of production data.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
