Qualifications

• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or Team Leader in manufacturing/packaging.
• Strong understanding of packaging machinery and processes.
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packaging line activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and manage packaging line operators, ensuring performance and safety.
• Monitor packaging equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Implement GMP and safety protocols on the production floor.
• Ensure accurate completion of production records, including batch tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with planning to ensure material availability for packaging runs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and address concerns.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
