About the Role

This hands-on role is critical for ensuring the efficient and safe production of oil and gas products, managing a team of operators and technicians. You will be responsible for meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring adherence to all safety protocols within the Oil & Gas sector . The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of production processes and equipment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
