Placements24 in Kimberley is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead the manufacturing team, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently and to the highest quality.

You will oversee daily operations, manage production staff, train and mentor, and drive continuous improvement while promoting a positive, results-driven work environment.

The ideal candidate has Lean manufacturing knowledge, strong leadership and communication skills, and a pro-active approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Supervisor or similar supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing and quality control methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency in using production management software and standard office applications.
• A degree or relevant certification in a related field is a plus.
