Job summary

Placements24 is recruiting a Shift Manager to lead production operations on all shifts at our Benoni facility. You will direct the production team, enforce safety standards, and drive targets for quality, output, and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Production Management or Engineering, plus 3+ years in a supervisory production role. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
