Job summary

OpenTalent seeks an experienced Production Planner to develop and manage daily, weekly and monthly production schedules in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a Matric (Grade 12) and a qualification in Production Planning or related field, with 35 years of production planning experience and strong MS Office/ERP/MRP skills. Experience with job cards and work orders is essential.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12). Qualification in Production Planning, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering or similar (advantageous). 35 years' production planning experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment. Experience with job cards, work orders and production scheduling.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems
