About the Role

Our client, a leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturer, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Production Planner to join their team in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. This role operates on a hybrid model, blending on-site collaboration with remote planning responsibilities. The Production Planner will be instrumental in optimizing production schedules to meet demand, manage inventory levels, and ensure efficient utilization of resources within the manufacturing facility. You will work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to forecast needs, schedule production runs, and monitor output. This hybrid arrangement offers the flexibility to manage complex planning tasks from a remote location while maintaining essential on-site engagement for coordination and problem-solving. We are looking for an individual with a strong analytical mindset and experience in demand forecasting and production scheduling within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate production schedules based on demand forecasts and available resources.
