Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd in George, Western Cape, invites applications for a Production Operator role within our Manufacturing team. You will execute daily targets in the Production Department, maintain high product quality, and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a Grade 12, 2–3 years relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work shifts, including weekends and overtime as rostered.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Related production experience is advantageous.
• Logical thinker.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven communication with supervisors and management.
• Housekeeping, hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities

• To maintain a high-quality product in Production Department.
• Engage in daily target execution and plan completion.
• Adhere to all company rules, SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and safe working conditions.
• Assist with planned maintenance and administration records.
