Placements24 is seeking production operators for our manufacturing client in Upington, Northern Cape. You will operate and monitor production machinery, feed materials, and perform basic checks to ensure quality output while adhering to safety procedures.

Candidates should have prior production experience, the ability to follow detailed work instructions, and good literacy and numeracy. The role requires lifting, standing, and occasional shift work with training provided.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area with good housekeeping.
• Perform minor routine maintenance and operational checks on machinery.
• Accurately record production data including quantities, scrap and downtime.
• Report machinery malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
