Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food processing machinery (mixers, ovens, fillers, packaging equipment).

• Monitor product quality and adjust machinery settings as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Assist with stock control and material handling.
• Report any operational issues to the shift supervisor promptly.
