Placements24 is seeking a Production Operations Supervisor in Randburg, Gauteng, SA to oversee day-to-day production at our facilities. You will lead operators and technicians, manage targets, and drive safety and efficiency in a hands-on role.

The ideal candidate has a technical engineering background, 6+ years in production operations in the energy sector, with at least 2 years in supervision. You will report to management and collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or related technical field.
• 6+ years in production operations in energy sector; 2+ years in supervisory role.
• Leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

About the Role

This critical role ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable production of energy resources. You will lead a team of operations personnel, manage production targets, and implement best practices to optimize output and minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and targets.
