Placements24 seeks a results-driven Production Operations Superintendent to oversee Centurion-based hydrocarbon production facilities. This senior leader will drive safe, reliable, and efficient operations, leading a team and implementing strategies to maximize production and minimize downtime in the Oil & Gas sector.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, safety assurance, and overseeing maintenance programs to extend asset life, while promoting continuous improvement and strategic input

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in oil and gas production operations.
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Proven track record managing complex production operations and large teams.
• Strong knowledge of production facilities, artificial lift systems, and process safety management.
