Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical) or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in oil and gas production operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, artificial lift systems, and surface facilities.
• Strong understanding of HSE management systems and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with operational efficiency improvement initiatives is essential.
