Placements24 is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations in Randburg, Gauteng. The role requires strategic oversight from raw material handling to finished goods, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive production management experience in manufacturing, preferably packaging.
• Proven track record leading large production teams and complex operations.
• Strong understanding of lean/manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic production plans.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with regular presence in Randburg, Gauteng.
