Job summary

A manufacturing company in South Africa, Gauteng is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure that production schedules are met. • Monitor and prioritise workflow of production to meet deadlines.
• Report on key production output and measurement of work centre utilisation.
• Ensure strict adherence to Quality Management Systems.
• Accountable for Health & Safety for all work areas.

• Supervises direct labour / production employees.
• Monitor and prioritise workflow of production to meet deadlines.
• Report on key production output, measurement of work centre utilisation and productivity.
• Ensure booked versus paid hours are accounted for.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives and root‑cause production slowdowns.
• Ensure strict adherence to Quality Management Systems.
• Accountable for Health & Safety for all work areas and employees on duty.
