Job summary

Worldwide Positions in Pretoria seeks a production supervisor for a fast-paced flexible packaging plant. You will supervise production, coordinate maintenance planning, and oversee machine performance to keep lines running.

Requirements include Matric, prior supervision and maintenance scheduling in manufacturing, basic electrical/mechanical knowledge, building maintenance skills, and strong MS Office/SAGE skills.

Qualifications

• Matric, production supervision and maintenance planning experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Good working knowledge of production processes and related machine maintenance requirements.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical machine issues.
• Able to oversee general building maintenance such as welding and minor repairs.
• Ideally knowledge of weaving machines and fabric processing.
• Willing to pursue a career in production (manufacturing).
• Strong computer skills in MS Office and SAGE or similar.
