RESRG Automotive is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee staff, internal transport and ensure adherence to RESRG principles and guidelines.

You will train and develop personnel, manage attendance, and drive performance in line with the company concept, while maintaining stock, production and budgets.

The role requires a matric, a logistics qualification, 4–7 years in warehouse supervision, and strong knowledge of JIS/JIT, Kanban and warehousing concepts.

Qualifications

• Matric/grade 12 is required.
• Logistics qualification is required or advantageous.
• 4–7 years warehouse supervision experience.
• Solid knowledge of logistics concepts (JIS/JIT/Warehousing/KANBAN/Material Flows).
• Knowledge of warehouse systems.

• Ensure quality data and production stay within defined budgets (STAKA).
• Organize, control and optimize operational sequences.
• Support project launches within area of responsibility.
• Ensure adherence to KANBAN in designated areas.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Ensure OHSA compliance and RESRG Safety, Health and Environmental Standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric/grade 12
• Logistics Qualification
• 4-7 years Warehouse Supervision
• Sound knowledge of Logistics Concepts & Principles (JIS/JIT/Warehousing/KANBAN/Material Flows etc)
• Warehouse systems knowledge.
• Internal transport management experience
• Stock control and packaging experience
• Project Management experience
• Computer Literate

Advantageous

• Material handling experience in an Automotive Industry
• Warehouse Supervision in a JIS/JIT enviroment
• Multi Functional Terminal experience
