Bilnor Staffing Solutions in KwaZulu-Natal seeks a Chemical Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement in water treatment processes. You will monitor plant operations, optimise performance, and lead on-site changes in line with engineering standards.

The role requires a B.Eng in Chemical Engineering (preferred) with 3–5 years' experience in water treatment, experience with mine-impacted water and membrane filtration, and the ability to work under pressure, with own transport and a valid

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in water treatment processes with proven improvement initiatives.
• Experience in Mine Impacted Water treatment and membrane filtration processes.
• Fast learner with ability to work with little supervision; good interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Continuous improvement and optimisation of processes.
• Maintain effective administration and control procedures to meet performance objectives.
• Detailed monitoring, record keeping and reporting on processes and projects.
• Attend client feedback meetings and ensure client satisfaction with high-quality service.
• Monitor plant health and intervene to optimise availability; report to production manager.
