About the Role

You will be responsible for monitoring production rates, identifying operational issues, and implementing solutions to maximize output while minimizing costs and environmental impact. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of production systems, artificial lift, and well performance within the oil and gas sector. You will collaborate closely with field operations, reservoir engineers, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets and maintain asset integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze production data from wells and facilities to identify trends, opportunities, and operational problems.


• Optimize well performance through the application of artificial lift techniques (e.g., ESPs, gas lift) and production system adjustments.


• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues, including equipment failures and operational upsets.
