This role focuses on troubleshooting production issues, optimizing process parameters, implementing improvements, and sustaining operational excellence across multiple manufacturing units.

You will work with on-site teams remotely to drive productivity, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and contribute to the company's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in chemical production, process operations, or manufacturing support.
• Strong understanding of chemical processes, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics in an industrial setting.
• Experience with process troubleshooting and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork, with ability to work remotely.
