Job summary

Meadow Feeds Standerton is seeking a motivated Production Assistant to join our packaging and production team. You will support operators, ensure micro raw materials are available, and help maintain clean, safe and efficient work areas.

The ideal candidate has a Grade 12 and at least 2 years in production, demonstrates integrity, the ability to multi-skill, and is willing to work shifts across our Standerton facility.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate required.
• At least 2 years work experience in production.
• Personal and professional integrity required.
• Ability to multi skill.
• This position requires shift work.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to the operators.
• Ensuring production has sufficient micro raw material.
• Daily and Monthly stock taking.
• Loosening of raw materials stuck in the bins.
• Checking and filling micro raw material bins.
• Cleaning and keeping tidy of the working area.
