Chainlink Sa is seeking an Automotive Technical Support Specialist to join our fully remote team, supporting operations across South Africa. You will diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues, guiding workshops and owners via phone, email and video calls to keep vehicles on the road.

In this role you’ll combine technical expertise with clear communication to deliver timely solutions, improve uptime and boost customer satisfaction in a national remote setting.

Responsabilidades

Provide remote technical assistance via phone, email and video conferencing to diagnose and resolve automotive issues.
Troubleshoot complex automotive issues for a network of affiliated workshops and vehicle owners to ensure vehicle uptime.
