Job summary

Glacier by Sanlam is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to develop and deliver product-related marketing communications that support Glacier's business objectives and brand standards. You will bridge Product Development, Marketing, Distribution, and Compliance to ensure accurate, compliant, client-centric communications.

You will lead product communication campaigns, maintain marketing collateral, oversee intermediary communications, and contribute to digital content and website

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Financial Services Marketing, or related field.
• Approximately 3–5 years' experience in a communications role.
• Experience in investment, wealth management, retirement or life insurance products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit and maintain product-related marketing collateral.
• Coordinate communication updates from launches, regulatory changes and process updates.
• Manage intermediary communications and produce campaigns and educational content.
• Collaborate with Digital team for website content and SEO best practices.
• Oversee governance, compliance reviews and sign-off processes.
