Job summary

Lesaka Technologies Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own reporting and self-service experiences across vouchers, virtual products, bill payments, and utilities.

You will mine support tickets and usage data to uncover systemic pain and drive prioritized work with data/BI teams. You will shape dashboard UX, drive usability testing, and benchmark our customer experience against rivals to protect retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management with a customer-experience or data/insights focus.
• Proven track record cutting support load through self-service and better tooling.
• Experience working with data/BI teams to turn raw signals into prioritized work.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting and self-service experiences across vouchers, virtual products, bill payments and utilities.
• Mine support tickets and usage data to identify systemic pain and distinguish it from one-off issues.
• Turn data into proactive alerts, automated reconciliations, and spend insights for customers.
• Benchmark customer experience against rivals and treat retention risks as priorities.
• Shape UX of dashboards and self-service flows to improve overall experience.
• Measure ticket reduction, self-service adoption, and time-to-resolve; loop findings into discovery.
