Job summary

Lesaka Technologies, a fintech focused on financial inclusion in Southern Africa, is seeking a product manager to own reporting and self-service experiences across its product stack. You will work closely with data/BI teams to turn raw signals into prioritized work, shape UX flows, and measure impact on customer outcomes.

You will drive usability testing, reduce support load through self-service, and benchmark the customer experience against rivals to prioritise retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management with a customer-experience or data/insights focus.
• Track record of reducing support load via self-service and better tooling.
• Comfort partnering with data/BI teams to translate signals into prioritized work.
• Strong UX judgement to shape flows, not just describe problems.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting and self-service experiences across vouchers, virtual products, bill payments and utilities.
• Mine support tickets and usage data to identify systemic pain vs. one-off issues.
• Turn data into proactive alerts, automated reconciliations and spend insights.
• Benchmark CX against rivals and prioritise retention-driven improvements.
