FinChoice Africa Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager – MVNO, KYC, Rewards and Referrals to lead cross-functional product development in a fast-growing fintech environment in Cape Town.

You will define product strategy, roadmaps, and ROI for regulated features, partnering with engineering, design, and compliance to deliver compliant, customer-centric solutions across PayJustNow and Finchoice offerings.

Qualificações

• Proven product leadership in fintech or telecoms with regulatory compliance.
• Deep KYC/AML domain knowledge and identity verification experience.
• Experience with MVNO operations, telecom provisioning, or regulatory telecoms.
• Strong API-first mindset and collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Translate requirements into clear specs and user stories for delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and compliance for timely releases.
• Analyse performance, run A/B tests, and optimise features for ROI.
