Job summary

Trouw Nutrition South Africa, part of Nutreco, is seeking a Product Manager – Feed Additives to grow our feed additives portfolio in Southern Africa. You will combine technical know-how with commercial drive and work with customers, sales teams, and technical specialists.

Key responsibilities include driving growth, acting as the technical expert, training teams and customers, planning trials, and supporting product launches. Some travel (up to 25%) may be required.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in animal nutrition, feed additives, or related industry.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and sales for feed additives portfolio.
• Act as technical expert and first contact for product questions.
• Provide training and technical support to internal teams and customers.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate feed additive trials.
• Identify market opportunities and support launches.
