Job summary

People Dimension is looking for a Procurement Administrator in Gauteng, South Africa. You will be responsible for creating and managing procurement orders on SAP, ensuring timely execution and reporting to project management.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in an administrative or financial role, with strong skills in Excel, communication, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 5 years in an Administrative or Financial role.
• Proven ability to create and manage procurement orders on SAP.
• Proficient in costing reports and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders accurately.
• Maintain Open Purchase orders and process changes.
• Provide status reports for clients and projects.
• Document and test new procurement processes.
• Investigate purchase order errors and supply corrective actions.
