Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a global procurement strategy that supports the company's growth and profitability objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing remote procurement team. Oversee all aspects of the procurement process, including strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate supply chain risks. Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the procurement function and individual team members. Conduct in-depth market intelligence and analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and potential disruptions. Build and nurture strong relationships with strategic suppliers, fostering collaboration and long-term partnerships. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, ethical standards, and company policies across all procurement activities. Manage procurement budgets effectively and report on financial performance to senior leadership. Requirements

Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives on a global scale. Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate remote teams effectively. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting with senior executives. Proficiency in advanced procurement software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools. A deep understanding of international trade regulations and supply chain best practices.
