Placements24 is seeking a Procurement Lead for a rapidly growing e-commerce platform to establish and direct its remote procurement operations. This strategic role will build a world-class function that supports rapid growth, optimize spend, and ensure supply chain resilience.

You will develop and implement procurement strategies, oversee major sourcing initiatives, and lead a high-performing remote team to deliver significant value across all categories of goods and services.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of procurement and supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience building and managing high-performing remote procurement teams.
• Experience developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives and category management plans.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and supplier performance management.
• MBA or Master’s in SCM/Business preferred.
