Duties will include
Manage and maintain supplier agreements to ensure optimal terms and compliance.Oversee local and international supplier pricing to ensure cost-efficiency and competitiveness.Maintain and update Material and Supplier Master Data (Local & International).Source products and materials globally, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery standards are met.Process and manage purchases across local and international suppliers.Handle international supplier invoices and coordinate timely, accurate payments.Manage local stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory and availability for production / sales.Create and maintain product records in collaboration with relevant departments.Review and sign off test certificates to ensure compliance with product standards.Approve shipment costings in line with budget and cost control policies.Prepare and deliver month-end reports, providing insights into procurement performance.
