Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior buyers in sourcing materials, components, and services from approved vendors.
• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update supplier databases, ensuring all contact and pricing information is current.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods, communicating delays to stakeholders.
