Job summary

Cyberlogic, a trusted Managed Solutions Provider with offices in South Africa, Mauritius, and the UK, is seeking a Procurement Specialist Intern. You will support vendor management, track orders and invoices, and help renew contracts, gaining hands-on experience in IT procurement processes.

You will work under supervision, learn Quotewerks and Autotask usage, and contribute to cost‑effective procurement while aligning with Cyberlogic's values and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years' working experience
• Degree/Studies focused on Information Technology
• Exposure to using AI tools and understand its use (Claude, ChatGPT, Co-Pilot)
• ITIL v4 Foundation (beneficial)

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement team in vendor management, third‑party quotations, ticket assignments, contract renewals, and supplier invoice tracking.
• Assist in tracking contract renewals for services and subscriptions (domain hosting, web services, SSL, hardware warranty, software renewals).
• Support procurement for new joiners as needed.
• Assist in the assignment of procurement‑related tickets to ensure timely resolution and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with IT support and operations to prioritize procurement requests.
• Assist in obtaining quotes for repair services needed by First Responder Technicians.
