Qualifications

• BCom in Finance or Law field.
• Familiarity with contracts and procurement processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Administrator with processing invoices for payment and capex forms.
• Track invoices submitted for payment and assist with data accuracy.
• Assist with procuring proof of payment when required.
• Support vendor onboarding by collating required documents.
• Support MIE checks for new staff, including vendor staff.
• Assist with contract management and monitoring.
• Issue purchase orders when required and maintain PO schedules.
• Track POs after signing and report on status.
• Maintain asset management records and reporting.
• Assist with issuing data SIM cards to new staff and ensure RICA compliance.
• Procure data top-ups as needed by staff from cellular providers.
