Job summary

Belgotex is offering an Internship in the Procurement department to apply your academic background and gain hands-on experience in sourcing goods and services essential to our operations.

You will capture data in our ERP system, follow procurement procedures, communicate expectations to suppliers, and collaborate with Planners and Buyers to ensure timely delivery and accurate samples meet product specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Data capturing on ERP system.
• Follow procedure for procurement of goods and services.
• Assist in communicating the company's expectations to the suppliers.
• Work with the Planners and Buyers to track, control and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Assist the Buyers with requesting samples from suppliers to ensure that the product delivered meets the product requirements/specifications.
