Responsibilities

• Assist with Sourcing and Supplier EvaluationYou will support the procurement team in identifying potential suppliers, requesting quotes, evaluating bids, and conducting supplier background checks to ensure they meet the organisation's standards.
• Process Purchase Orders and Track DeliveriesYou will be responsible for preparing and processing purchase orders, monitoring order statuses, following up on deliveries, and ensuring that goods and services are received on time and in the correct quantities.
• Maintain Procurement Records and Reports
• You will maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions, update supplier databases, and assist in preparing reports on procurement spending, contract compliance, and inventory levels.
