Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent.

• Procurement experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate and timely local purchase orders aligning with schedules.
• Expedite suppliers to ensure on-time delivery; escalate delays.
• Maintain supplier contact lists and pricing files.
• Monitor stock levels and support forecast planning.
• Ensure GRV processing and match to POs and invoices.
• Ensure documentation for food safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with warehouse, planning and finance daily.
