Placements24 is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join a forward-thinking logistics and supply chain company in Kimberley, Northern Cape. The role focuses on data analysis, market research, and identifying cost-saving opportunities within procurement.

You will evaluate supplier performance, optimize spend, and develop sourcing recommendations, translating complex data into actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with procurement processes and supply chain principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Remote work capability is essential, though occasional site visits in Kimberley, Northern Cape may be required.
