Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in molecular biology or enzymology with 0-5+ years of demonstrated experience in test method development and validation.
• Strong knowledge of enzyme kinetics, PCR/qPCR and/or NGS, and associated data analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support test method development activities throughout the product life cycle, from development to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to develop and transfer test methods, defining critical parameters and mitigating risks.
• Plan and execute validation studies, design statistically powered experiments, and analyze data to inform product specifications.
• Train Quality Control analysts on test methods, procedures, and quality systems, including documentation practices and data review.
• Contribute to validation activities including process validation and equipment qualification, ensuring ISO13485 compliance.
