Qualifications

• Proficiency in process simulation software and statistics is a plus.

About the Role

This role is fundamental to optimizing and scaling up manufacturing processes for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust, efficient, and cost-effective processes that meet stringent quality and regulatory standards within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong chemical engineering principles, hands-on experience in process development, and the ability to contribute to complex projects from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize chemical synthesis routes and manufacturing processes for APIs.


• Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale experiments to evaluate process feasibility, safety, and efficiency.


• Perform process hazard analyses (PHAs) and implement necessary safety controls.


• Develop process control strategies and ensure process robustness for large-scale manufacturing.
