Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in process development, scale-up and pilot plant operations.
• Proficiency with process simulation and modeling software.
• Strong understanding of kinetics, thermodynamics and separation processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and experimental design skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experiments to develop and optimize chemical processes.
• Perform scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot and commercial scale.
• Analyze data, interpret results, and propose technical solutions.
• Develop process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs and SOPs.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and manufacturing personnel.
• Ensure development activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
