Job summary

Placements24 seeks a skilled Process Control Engineer to join the Mahikeng team with a hybrid work arrangement. You will design, implement, and maintain advanced control systems (DCS/PLC) to optimize plant performance, improve product quality, and enhance safety by applying automation technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of process control engineering experience in industry.
• Proficiency with DCS and PLC systems.
• Strong grasp of control theory, instrumentation and automation.
• Experience with APC techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
